Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FundedView (the "Service"), a trading journal and analytics tool operated by FundedView LLC ("FundedView," "we," "us") and available at fundedview.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What FundedView is

FundedView is a self-serve tool for logging trades and reviewing your own trading performance. Trades and account data are entered by you. FundedView is not a broker, a prop firm, an investment adviser, or a signal service, and it does not execute trades or connect to your broker or prop firm to place orders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using FundedView you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and security

Sign-in and account access are provided through our authentication and billing partner, Whop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at fundedview.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, trials, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed through Whop. New subscriptions may include a free trial period; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged for the plan you chose. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through Whop, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Whop and subject to Whop's checkout terms and refund policy at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to access other users' data or circumvent the Service's security;
• copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service;
• upload malicious code or use automated means to overload or disrupt the Service.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the trade and account data you enter. You can export your data at any time from within the app. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Not financial advice

The Service, including any statistics, analytics, or visualizations it produces, is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Trading decisions are solely your own. 8. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

The Service may link to third-party websites, including brokers and prop firms. Some of these links are affiliate or referral links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up or make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or terms. Any dealings you have with third parties are between you and them.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by FundedView LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the analytics or calculations are error-free or that the Service will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundedView LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FundedView LLC is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
