This Privacy Policy explains what information FundedView LLC ("FundedView," "we," "us") collects when you use fundedview.app (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account & billing information. When you sign up, our authentication and billing partner Whop provides us with the information needed to create and manage your account (such as your email and subscription status). Payment card details are processed by Whop and are not stored by us.
• Trade and account data you enter. The trades, accounts, notes, setups, fees, and payouts you log. You provide this content; we store it so you can use the Service.
• Usage and device data. Basic technical information (such as browser type and pages viewed) that is generated automatically when you use the Service.

2. How we use your information

• to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• to calculate your analytics and display your journal;
• to manage your subscription, trials, and billing (via Whop);
• to respond to support requests and communicate about the Service;
• to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

3. Where your data is stored and how it is protected

Your trade and account data is stored in a private, encrypted database with strict access controls, so your account can only ever read or write its own data — never another user's. While no online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

4. Service providers

We share information only with the providers that make the Service work, and only as needed:

• Whop — authentication, subscriptions, and payment processing;
• A secure cloud database provider — encrypted storage of your journal data;
• A cloud hosting provider — application hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses cookies and browser local storage for essential functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering interface preferences (for example, sidebar and theme settings). These are necessary for the Service to function.

6. Affiliate links

Some pages contain affiliate or referral links to third parties such as brokers and prop firms. If you follow one, that third party may collect information under its own privacy policy. We may earn a commission from qualifying sign-ups, at no additional cost to you.

7. Data retention

We retain your journal data for as long as your account exists. A lapse in billing does not delete your historical trades, accounts, or payouts — if access lapses, paid features lock but your data remains. You can export your data at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can export your journal data directly in the app, and you can reach us at fundedview.support@gmail.com to make a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the service providers listed above. By using the Service you consent to this processing.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
